Order and delivery terms
The Royal Cosmed online store is only for beauty, hair and care professionals and students. You must be logged in to see prices and place orders. Some of our brands may have restrictions in purchasing.

We mainly deliver orders via POST NORD OY and DHL Express, you can choose your order delivery to its destination or you can pick it up from the nearest office with my pack delivery. The package will always be delivered to you at the official postal address provided when you register. Changes to customer account information should be made directly to our customer service email@example.com or +358 440557034 you can also leave the information in a message in whats app.
Deliveries are normally shipped the same or next business day. The delivery time of the order is thus 1-3 working days, depending on the delivery method.
For urgent foreign deliveries, we recommend the DHL-Xpress service
Klarna and Paypal act in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider.
With the Klarna Checkout payment service, you can pay by online payment or credit card, and after passing the credit check, you can also choose an invoice or installment payment method (you should look at Klarna’s own campaigns). When registering as a company, an invoice or credit card can be selected as payment methods.
The Klarna Checkout payment method offers the customer the most commonly used payment methods. The payment methods for consumers are invoices, online banking and credit cards. For companies, Klarna offers payment by invoice or credit card. If the customer does not pass Klarna’s credit check, then his payment will not be left in it, but in this case he will only be offered a more limited variety of payment methods.
When an order paid with Klarna Checkout arrives in the store, Klarna has accepted the payment. The merchant still needs to manually activate the payment when he transfers the order to delivery. That is, if for some reason our inventory is incorrect then we are able to remove the product directly before the invoice leaves.
In order for Klarna to offer the end customer an invoice or installment payment as a payment method, the customer must identify themselves in the payment. Personal customers can identify themselves with a personal ID and corporate customers with a business ID. Klarna performs its own risk analysis of the customer and then, based on this, gives the customer a choice of all or part of the payment methods. If, for example, the end customer has had payment problems in their history, then Klarna may not offer them an invoice at all as an option.
An invoice and account credit will give you more time to pay for your ecommerce purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either with a single invoice or, in smaller installments, with an overdraft, so you can make the monthly payment that works best for you and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.
Free payment time on the invoice – safe and easy transactions
When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be directed directly to PayPal at the end of the order transaction. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your usernames and confirm the payment. If you are a new customer at PayPal, you can open a PayPal account for yourself and then confirm the payment. Creating a business account with PayPal is free of charge.
POST - DELIVERIES
If the product you ordered runs out before it is collected in our warehouse, we are often able to directly remove the product from the invoice. If the order has already been paid for and the post-delivery cannot be delivered, the price of the product will be refunded to the customer as a refund invoice.
Our electrical equipment often has a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. Warranty cases are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the brand
The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing defects, not defects due to normal wear and tear or poor maintenance.
RIGHT OF RETURN, EXCHANGE, DELIVERY ERRORS AND COMPLAINTS
With our corporate customers, the products are sold without the right of return.
Due to delivery errors, the right of complaint is 14 working days from the receipt of the order. Returned products must be in their original packaging, clean, intact, unopened and without any markings made by the buyer. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer is responsible for receiving the incoming goods and checking their number and condition. Comments on visible defects in the products must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, after which the customer is deemed to have accepted the products as delivered.
The products remain the property of the Royal Cosmed Group until they are paid in full.
If the Seller has been prevented from fulfilling the obligations mentioned in these terms of sale depending on the following factors (so-called Force Majeur obstacles such as strike, work stoppage, fire, accident, etc.) then the order will either wait until the Seller is no longer prevented from fulfilling these obligations. can be canceled.
